Membership

Any licensed veterinarian can become voting member of NoVAS. As a member of NoVAS you also become member of IVAS for no extra fee (International Veterinary Acupuncture Society).

Non-vets can become members of NoVAS for the same annual fee as veterinarians, but have no vote on the general assembly.

Only vets and vet-students can become member of IVAS. As a member of NoVAS, we, the board, make you a member of IVAS and do the practical arrangements accordingly. No extra fee.

For all our existing members our Danish treasurer Kim Samuelsen has sent out invoices per mail.
The adress is “Nordisk Veterinær Akupunktur Selskab” (post@dinero.dk) – because of the bookkeeping programme Kim uses for NoVAS.
 
The current fee for 2024 is

as agreed upon during this year’s Annual Meeting.
 
For retired members the fee

We only operate with 2 currencies in NoVAS.

That way we can reach you easily and can save some trees by not needing to send out information with the usual post. We can also make it easier for potential patients to find you via our “Find A Vet”- page.
